During this time, he has established a busy Ottawa
cosmetic plastic surgery
practice that
embodies personalized care and treatment of the
highest professional standard
Dr. Callaghan completed medical school at Queen's University (MD) in 1972.
During his medical training at Queen's he received the Medal in Surgery and the
Medal
in Medicine, among numerous other awards.
His post-graduate surgery training, as well as Plastic Surgery specialty training
was completed at McGill University. He qualified as a plastic surgeon
in 1979
and remains a Fellow of the Royal College (FRCSC) in the specialty
of Plastic
Surgery.
Dr. Callaghan maintains his specialty focus in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. For
more than ten
years Dr. Callaghan has committed the major portion of his
Ottawa plastic surgery practice to
cosmetic surgery. He is the Past President
of the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
